invites Expression of Interest (EOI) from reputed domain experts
in the field of Electronics, IT, Communication, Networking, Computer
Hardware & Software, Data Management, Consultancy, Turn-Key
projects and end to end solutions.
Preamble :
KEONICS is in the process of
expanding its business demographically and technologically. As a
continuous process, Keonics has signed up MOUs with various organizations
providing products and services in the related area based on the
business requirement.
Procedure for Signing MOUs :
1. Interested and reputed
organizations with appropriate domain expertise need to apply in
the prescribed Application form to General Manager - Technical
2. KEONICS will scrutinize the application form along with all the
documents and communicate to the applicant regarding the status
within 15 days from the date of receipt of the application form.
3. The short listed applicants will have to give a detailed technical
presentation regarding their product / service, capabilities, quality
certification, IPR holding etc.
4. Based on the presentation and discussions, a team from KEONICS
will visit the works / site to assess the credibility.
5. A comprehensive report will be put up to the management for in-principle
approval to accept the EOI and enter into MOU.
6. After approval from the management an authorized officer from KEONICS will execute the agreement
on behalf of KEONICS.
7. There will be regular interactions with MOU partners and the
activity will be reviewed. MD, KEONICS reserves the right either
to continue or cancel the MOU Partnership.
